Independent National Real Estate Advisory

About Aligned Move

Aligned Move was developed as a structural response to a recurring pattern in residential real estate: clients often engage representation before fully clarifying readiness, risk tolerance, or alignment criteria.

The framework introduces a preparation layer designed to reduce friction, misalignment, and reactive decision-making within the transaction process.

About the Founder

Lorna Magers has spent more than twenty years operating inside residential brokerage, corporate relocation, and national referral networks.

Her experience spans high-volume mobility transactions, cross-market coordination, agent selection strategy, and representation structure across varied market cycles.

Through this work, she observed consistent misalignment patterns — particularly around readiness, representation expectations, and timing assumptions.

Aligned Move reflects a structural response to those patterns.

The Role of Aligned Move

Aligned Move operates as an independent advisory framework.

It does not provide brokerage representation. Instead, it introduces structured preparation prior to engaging representation or executing agreements.

When agent introductions are requested, they are made based on alignment — communication style, complexity tolerance, and transaction expectations — rather than geography alone.

The objective is simple: reduce misalignment before it becomes friction.
