Aligned Move LLC does not:

  • Negotiate contracts or compensation

  • Execute listing or buyer representation agreements

  • Provide brokerage services

Lorna Magers does not participate in real estate transactions beyond the placement of a referral through her affiliated brokerage.

Aligned Move LLC does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Clients are encouraged to consult appropriate licensed professionals regarding their individual circumstances.

Real Estate Introductions

If real estate representation becomes part of a client’s next step, introductions may be facilitated through Coldwell Banker Realty Referral Network.

All referral activity is conducted exclusively through this licensed brokerage in accordance with applicable real estate laws and brokerage policies.

Aligned Move LLC does not independently operate a referral brokerage.

Compensation Disclosure

Clients are not charged for referral introductions.

If a client engages a real estate professional through Coldwell Banker Realty Referral Network, the affiliated brokerage may receive a referral fee from the participating licensed brokerage, in accordance with applicable law. Any such compensation is paid between brokerages and does not increase the cost to the client.

Lorna Magers may be compensated by her affiliated brokerage pursuant to her independent contractor agreement.

Aligned Move LLC does not collect real estate commissions.

No Obligation

Use of Aligned Move LLC services does not create a brokerage relationship.

Clients remain free to engage any real estate professional of their choosing.

No fiduciary, agency, or brokerage relationship is created through the use of Aligned Move LLC services.

Governing Regulations

Real estate activities are regulated by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE).
