All materials, content, and intellectual property provided by Aligned Move LLC are protected and may not be copied, distributed, resold, or reproduced without written permission.

2. Digital Products

Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Squarespace and Stripe. Aligned Move LLC does not store full credit card information.

3. 1:1 Sessions

Clarity Strategy Sessions are advisory in nature and do not constitute therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or licensed professional services.

Sessions may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

4. No Guarantees

Aligned Move LLC does not guarantee outcomes. Results depend entirely on individual circumstances and decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligned Move LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its website, digital products, or advisory services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Aligned Move LLC is registered.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in the appropriate courts located in that jurisdiction.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Aligned Move LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
